At the same time, Hefei will strengthen daily monitoring of the radio spectrum around airports, stations, air routes, and railway lines, analyze and distinguish unknown radio signals, identify various interference hazards, ensure the safe use of dedicated radio frequencies for civil aviation and railways, and provide solid guarantees for radio safety during the 2024 World Manufacturing Congress and National Day period.
It is reported that in 2023, Hefei will have over 65000 hours of radio monitoring, successfully completing special monitoring tasks for dedicated radio frequencies such as civil aviation, broadcasting, and public mobile; Throughout the year, a total of 28 cases of various types of radio interference were investigated, including 20 cases of civil aviation interference, 6 cases of public mobile communication interference, 1 case of railway interference, and 1 case of satellite interference; Strictly crack down on "black broadcasting" and "fake base stations", and investigate and punish a total of 8 "black broadcasting" cases throughout the year.
